Join us as for this Executive Assistant opportunity and become a trusted partner helping drive meaningful impact across South Australia.

This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You will become a highly trusted partner to Executive General Manager helping create the connections communication and momentum that enable leaders to focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.

You will play a central role in building strong working relationships across portfolios bringing people together and ensuring priorities move seamlessly across teams. Your ability to establish credibility anticipate needs and maintain strong connections with leaders and stakeholders will be critical to success.

You will thrive in an environment where you can think ahead solve problems and bring structure to complexity. Alongside coordinating executive priorities and supporting projects youll also have the opportunity to embrace emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools that support smarter reporting trend analysis and planning processes.

Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

• Building trusted and collaborative relationships with leaders executives and stakeholders across the organisation
• Facilitating strong communication and alignment across portfolios to ensure priorities remain connected and informed
• Managing executive priorities including diaries meetings correspondence and strategic administration support
• Using technology and AI-enabled tools to support reporting planning and identifying emerging trends and insights
• Coordinating projects meetings and initiatives that enable teams and leaders to work effectively together

To thrive in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience delivering high-level confidential support to senior leaders or executives
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• High-level communication skills with sound judgement discretion and professionalism
• Strong capability using Microsoft Office and digital technologies with confidence learning new systems and tools

We would also love you to have:

• Experience using AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support planning reporting or productivity outcomes
• Exposure to budget administration financial reporting or project coordination
