OPPORTUNITY
With a number of exciting projects on the horizon we are currently seeking Project Supervisors to join our growing team. These opportunities are based in the Pilbara on a FIFO 2:1 / 8:6 roster with a further project located 300 km north of Perth on a DIDO basis. Experience on MRWA & Mining Civil works would be advantageous.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Overseeing works delivery crews ensuring their understanding of the project requirements scheduling of works resource allocation and zero harm compliance
Ensuring all approvals are provided prior to the commencement of works
Securing and coordinating necessary resources including plant materials subcontractors gravel and construction water for the delivery of programmed works
Providing advice on technical matters as required
Regularly reporting of work performance including measuring monitoring and reporting on KPIs
Signing off on documentation as required (job specific WHS forms permits etc.)
Maintain accurate organised records both electronically and in hard copy formats
Conduct PSI/Toolbox meetings
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5 years experience in civil project supervision experience is required
WA Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (desirable)
A valid drivers licence
Strong supervisory experience across concrete civil earthworks and formwork
Experience in scheduling and programming of program activities
Demonstrated knowledge of road construction including materials selection for construction
Ability to choose and assign appropriate plant and equipment for the execution of the works
Ability to review and implement traffic management plans
Ability to pass a National Police Check
High level of computer literacy Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong ability to work with others: clients fellow workers subordinates and management
