About the role

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the future of our technology landscape and ensure every technology investment supports better care outcomes operational efficiency and organisational growth.

Working across business data applications integration cloud infrastructure cyber security and AI you will define HammondCares technology roadmap establish architecture standards and guide strategic technology decisions. You will partner with executive leaders project teams and technology specialists to ensure solutions are scalable secure integrated and aligned with HammondCares long-term strategy.

This role is ideal for a strategic technology leader who enjoys influencing enterprise-wide decisions simplifying complexity and creating a future-ready technology environment.

This is a maximum term contract for 22 months based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include

• Develop and maintain HammondCares enterprise architecture strategy target-state architecture and technology roadmap.
• Lead architecture planning across business application data integration infrastructure cloud cyber security and AI domains.
• Establish and govern enterprise architecture principles standards and reference architectures.
• Partner with executive and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into technology capabilities and investment priorities.
• Provide architecture leadership and assurance across major transformation digital and technology initiatives.
• Ensure technology solutions are scalable secure integrated cost-effective and aligned with long-term organisational needs.
• Lead architecture governance technology reviews and design assurance processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity technical debt and duplication across the technology landscape.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations on technology investment and innovation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain enterprise technology capability models roadmaps and lifecycle plans to support future growth and organisational transformation.

About You

You are a strategic thinker who can connect business strategy with technology delivery. You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders navigating complex technology environments and making decisions that balance innovation risk cost and long-term sustainability.

You have a strong understanding of enterprise platforms cloud technologies integration patterns cyber security and digital transformation and enjoy helping organisations achieve more through well-designed technology ecosystems.

Youll bring

• TOGAF ArchiMate Zachman or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
• At least 10 years demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture Lead Architecture or Technology Strategy leadership roles.
• Proven experience developing enterprise architecture strategies target-state architectures and technology roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge across business application data integration cloud infrastructure and security architecture domains.
• Experience establishing architecture standards governance frameworks and technology decision-making processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms cloud architectures integration patterns and cyber security principles.
