- Lead coach and develop the Engineering team.
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX project portfolios from planning through commissioning.
- Provide technical leadership and support engineering decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement innovation and asset optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards safety requirements and regulatory obligations.
- Lead risk assessments Management of Change (MOC) and process safety activities.
- Develop site engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Operations Maintenance Quality EHS Procurement Finance and external partners to deliver sustainable business results.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong project management and capital investment experience.
- Solid understanding of engineering standards process safety and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in food ingredients chemicals flavors & fragrances or process manufacturing.
- PMP or Professional Engineering certification.
- Experience leading automation digitalization or sustainability projects.
