As an Engineering / Design Manager in our Industrial Mechanical team basedin Perthyoullcontributetoprojects and programs thatmake a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges welcomes diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and design activities from concept through to delivery

• Manage engineering interfaces priorities and deliverables to achieve safe timely and high-quality outcomes

• Collaborate with project managers discipline leads clients contractors and delivery partners

• Drive safety in design technical assurance engineering governance and design review processes

• Resolve design issues and manage technical risks engineering changes and project constraints

• Build trusted client relationships and maintain clear effective project communication

• Relevant engineering qualifications ideally Mechanical Engineering although broader backgrounds will be considered

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and design on complex projects

• A project delivery focus with the ability to manage interfaces priorities risks and technical outcomes

• Knowledge of safety in design technical assurance and engineering governance

• Strong client engagement stakeholder management and communication skills

• A collaborative practical approach to problem-solving and delivering impactful outcomes
