The Opportunity
Supervise electrical construction crews on a major New South Wales renewable energy development reporting to electrical site leadership. This site-based DIDO role follows a 9:5 roster with accommodation and allowances where applicable.

Your Responsibilities
Supervise crews and contractors installing PV arrays inverters AC/DC systems switchgear transformers and HV connections.
Plan daily work allocate resources and track progress.
Verify compliance with electrical standards network requirements WHS obligations and project designs.
Inspect quality and maintain construction records.
Resolve technical and delivery risks with engineers project managers and safety teams.
Support commissioning and operations handover.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
An electrical trade qualification and NSW electrical licence.
Supervisory experience on large construction projects; renewable energy or HV experience is highly desirable.
Strong HV/LV solar construction and grid-connection knowledge.
Demonstrated team leadership and effective communication organisation and problem solving.
Commitment to safe delivery and construction quality.
