About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee daily operations ensuring all electrical projects and services are delivered safely efficiently and to a high standard.

Reporting directly to the Management team some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading electrical projects service work and maintenance operations
• Managing and mentoring a team of technicians and subcontractors
• Overseeing scheduling resource allocation and workforce planning
• Ensuring compliance with legislation Australian Standards and company policies
• Monitoring budgets and reporting on financial and project performance
• Driving operational improvements to support business growth
• Building strong relationships with clients suppliers and stakeholders

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Licensed A-Grade Electrician or equivalent industry experience
• 35 years experience in an electrical operations or management role
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and Australian Standards
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop teams
• Excellent communication and organisational capability
• Ability to drive performance and contribute to business growth
