EL1 Senior CIAM Software Engineer

As a CIAM Tech Lead youll be a hands-on software engineering leader responsible for the technical implementation of consumer identity and access management solutions. You will build features perform code reviews troubleshoot complex implementation issues and lead software engineering practices within the team. Youll be working alongside less experienced engineers serving as a go-to person for difficult technical problems designing solutions for advanced problems and mentoring other engineers to foster a culture of innovation. You will support Scheme Identity leadership in estimation and delivery planning and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate integration with other NDIA systems.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Leading the implementation of CIAM solutions
• Upholding a high-quality maintainable codebase
• Solving complex technical problems
• Contributing to estimation and refinement
• Upskilling and mentoring team members
• Contributing to solution design for advanced CIAM challenges
• Leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches including AI
• Providing guidance and technical expertise to assist in project planning
• Collaborating with other teams to integrate CIAM solutions with other systems
