As the business continues to expand they are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support daily store operations manage online listings assist customers and help improve overall e-commerce performance.

Role Overview

This is a fully remote full-time role for an E-commerce Virtual Assistant who will assist with the day-to-day management of the companys online store. The successful candidate will be responsible for product management order processing customer support inventory updates and general e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate is organized proactive tech-savvy and experienced in managing online stores while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings descriptions pricing and images across e-commerce platforms

- Process customer orders returns refunds and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Respond to customer inquiries through email chat and other support channels

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates with suppliers and internal teams

- Upload new products and promotional content to the online store

- Assist with managing platforms such as Shopify WooCommerce Amazon eBay or similar marketplaces

- Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners regarding order fulfillment and delivery updates

- Maintain accurate product information and ensure listings are up to date

- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to support customer satisfaction

- Prepare basic reports related to sales inventory and store performance

- Identify opportunities to improve store processes and customer experience

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an E-commerce Virtual Assistant E-commerce Assistant or Online Store Administrator

- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify WooCommerce Amazon Seller Central or eBay

- Knowledge of product listing management order processing inventory tracking and customer support

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Google Workspace Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools

- Experience with Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
