This is a varied role where youll take ownership of both technical and operational aspects of the dyno while also engaging with internal teams and customers.

The role:
Operate engine dynamometer systems for performance and reliability testing
Conduct engine testing fault-finding and validation work
Record analyse and report on test results and performance data
Support tuning and engine optimisation activities
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on test outcomes and requirements
Manage day-to-day workflow and administrative requirements of the dyno operation
Ensure all testing is carried out safely and to procedure
Maintain equipment calibration standards and workshop cleanliness
About you:
Trade qualified or highly experienced in a relevant field
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a skilled team
Willingness to learn and develop advanced technical skills
Able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
