Duty Technician Supervisor

What youll be doing:

This is a working supervisor position requiring a hands-on approach to maintenance operations while providing leadership & support to the engineering team

• Perform preventative maintenance across the resort
• Supervising and supporting a team of 4 Handypersons
• Prioritise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
• Diagnose maintain & repair mechanical electrical & hydraulic systems
• Monitor contractor activities & compliance with Accor standards
• Monitor utility consumption & identify opportunities for energy conservation
• Support with rostering & staff training requirements

Qualifications :

What youll bring to the role:

• Experience supervising maintenance operations (ideally 2 years )
• Strong technical knowledge of plant & equipment maintenance
• HVAC qualification and experience will be highly regarded 
• Knowledge of hotel building services & maintenance
• Guest-focused mindset delivering exceptional service standards
• Experience & efficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (HUB OS & Opera Cloud advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead a small team & foster a positive team culture
• Safety First mindset & knowledge of Safe Work Practices
• Flexible availability including occasional weekends & after-hours
