Our great partnerships with developers are off the back of our long-standing relationships and the excellent reputation weve built for addition to these greenfield sites on occasion we also refurbish and/or rebrand other hotels within the market to grow our portfolio.

As Project Manager youll bring strong experience working in project management within the construction industry attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset. Youll be able to perfectly balance relationships with outcomes and be able to represent the tenant (us) within the entire development to delivery process.

Youll be responsible for:

• Pipeline management and communication to stakeholders
• Assisting with new opportunity proposals and negotiations
• Mark-up of plans with tenant-side comments
• Management of the tenant-side development process to delivery
• Management of FF&E design procurement delivery & installation
• Updating of developer brief documents
• Oversite and management of internal refurbishment projects

About You

We work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same so were looking for people who are adaptable enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset.

The successful person must have:

• Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights)
• Proven experience in a construction project management role.
• Experience in Tenant Fitout Favourable.
• Hotel or Residential Project Management experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail with pride taken in quality outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and multiple projects concurrently in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to understand and translate operational requirements at the development stage.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to development sites both locally and interstate.
