Demand Planner

About the role 

Working closely with Sales Supply Chain Finance and Manufacturing you will: 

• Develop and manage a rolling collaborative sales forecast. 

• Lead and support the S&OP and S&OE planning cadence. 

• Analyse demand performance identify risks and recommend solutions. 

• Develop reporting across volume pricing customers and new business trends. 

• Improve forecast accuracy customer fulfilment and planning processes. 

• Maintain demand planning tools templates KPIs and operating rhythms. 

• Support system and process improvement projects across the division. 

About you 

You will bring: 

•  Depth of experience in demand planning gained within manufacturing environments.

• Experience establishing or improving demand planning and S&OP processes. 

• Strong analytical forecasting and problem-solving capability. 

• Experience with ERP systems essentially SAP. 

• Exposure to statistical forecasting models and machine learning methodologies. 

• Demonstrated change management and continuous improvement experience. 

• Strong stakeholder engagement communication and influencing skills. 

Qualifications :

• A bachelors degree in a business-related discipline.
