Your Opportunity

Were looking for a Demand Planner & Supply Chain Analyst to play a key role in delivering strong forecasting inventory optimisation and supply chain performance outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.

In this highly visible role reporting to Manager Supply Chain youll partner with Sales Marketing Customer Service Logistics and Global Supply teams to ensure product availability improve forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth.

Your Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Manage demand forecasts inventory performance and product portfolios to ensure optimal product availability and minimise supply risks.

  • Partner with Sales Marketing and Supply Chain stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and align demand plans with business objectives.

  • Analyse supply chain performance identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve service inventory and operational outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards KPI reporting and performance scorecards that support informed business decision-making.

  • Lead root-cause analysis scenario planning and continuous improvement initiatives across demand planning and inventory management processes.

  • Support product lifecycle activities business planning processes system enhancements and supply chain transformation projects.

About You

To be successful in this role your background will include:

  • 3 years experience in Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Planning or Supply Chain Analytics.

  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP or similar ERP planning systems.

  • Sound understanding of demand planning inventory management forecasting and supply chain performance metrics.

  • Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships influence outcomes and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with Power BI SAP IBP/APO S&OP processes or continuous improvement methodologies will be highly regarded.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP APO and/or SAP IBP.
  • Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar reporting tools.
  • Exposure to S&OP or Integrated Business Planning processes.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience within healthcare medical devices or another regulated industry.

Additional requirement :

To be eligible to apply you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ a valid Drivers Licence the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
