Resolve Recruit is seeking multiple experienced Delivery Managers to support various projects for a Federal Government clients technology division. As the division continues to uplift its delivery capability these roles will supplement internal capacity and provide specialist delivery expertise across a diverse and fast-moving ICT portfolio.
Roles will be distributed across branches including Digital and Service Delivery Business Solutions Cyber Security Cloud and Networks and Infrastructure and Operational Support. You will work closely with project sponsors product owners operational leads subject matter experts and delivery teams - planning prioritising and driving delivery from inception through to business-as-usual operations while managing risks issues and dependencies along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan prioritise and progress business-as-usual and program delivery activities in line with priorities
- Manage operational dependencies risks issues and service impacts with technical teams business areas and vendors
- Support governance reporting and decision-making with clear visibility of status milestones and risks
- Facilitate operational planning demand management and resource coordination
- Support transition of project outcomes into business-as-usual including handover and sustainment
- Build stakeholder relationships to support communication escalation and delivery of outcomes
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years experience delivering and managing ICT functions and programs in government or large enterprise
- Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams using waterfall agile and hybrid methodologies
- Proven ability to manage scope schedule budget risks issues and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all organisational levels
- Demonstrated leadership mentoring and coaching capability in fast-paced delivery environments
- Project Management and/or Scrum Master qualifications (PRINCE2 Agile PMP MSP CSM) highly regarded
Security Requirements
