Job Summary

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to work closely with Data AI Integration & Automation function. The role will provide hands-on delivery leadership across multiple concurrent initiatives bringing structure visibility and accountability to work already in progress. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted delivery partner to leadership and coordinate effectively across business stakeholders technical teams vendors and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery coordination across multiple Data AI Integration and Automation initiatives.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to establish priorities delivery plans milestones dependencies and resource requirements.
  • Provide clear governance and reporting across scope schedule risks issues assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
  • Coordinate business architecture engineering data integration and vendor teams to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Identify delivery risks early drive resolution and escalate decisions where required.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide concise outcome-focused status reporting to senior leadership.
  • Support planning estimation sequencing and capacity management across the active portfolio.
  • Facilitate delivery ceremonies working sessions and decision forums without creating unnecessary process overhead.
  • Ensure agreed actions decisions and dependencies are followed through to closure.
  • Work closely with onsite and offshore teams aligning delivery activities with priorities.
  • 8 years of technology delivery program or project leadership experience including senior delivery responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Data Analytics AI Integration Cloud or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder vendor and cross-functional team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of delivery governance planning RAID management financial awareness and resource coordination.
  • Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them into clear business actions and delivery decisions.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously create structure in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including executive-level reporting.
  • Availability to work closely with stakeholders in Melbourne with strong alignment to onsite business hours.
  • Experience within data platform modernisation Microsoft Azure Microsoft Fabric Power BI or enterprise integration programs.
  • Experience in construction property retail or other operationally complex industries.
  • Agile Scrum SAFe PRINCE2 PMP or equivalent delivery certification.

Experience managing blended onsite/offshore delivery teams.
