About the role:

As the first point of contact for our customers you will provide up-to-date information about their repairs and instil confidence that their vehicle is in very capable hands. Additionally this role will include (but not be limited to):

• Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
• Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment
• Providing professional service during all customer interactions
• Managing the customer return process once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns

• Previous experience in a customer-facing fast-paced environment
• A strong desire to deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction
• High attention to detail
• Organised with exceptional time management skills
• Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
• A team player committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
