Reporting to the National Virtual Pharmacy Manager the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing a high level of customer service to Viatris customers and external stakeholders via phone and e-mail.
• Building relationships with customers and ensuring their experience is second to none.
• Processing orders credits and returns.
• Liaise with cross functional teams to service ad hoc requests to deliver on business needs.

The minimum qualifications and skills required for this role are:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in pharmacy or business is preferred but not required.
• 1 year experience working in pharmacy.
• Experience working in a customer facing role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Hardworking punctual and patient.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word Excel and Powerpoint.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
