Customer & Marketing Support Coordinator

What youll be doing

• Creating scheduling and coordinating marketing communications and campaigns
• Managing mlcoa LinkedIn content and monitoring performance
• Supporting website content and updates
• Developing marketing collateral including flyers presentations brochures and infographics
• Coordinating conferences sponsorships and educational events
• Supporting our national webinar program from promotion through to delivery
• Producing EDM communications and other customer-facing content
• Keeping marketing activities and calendars organised and on track
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders across mlcoa and MedHealth
• Providing responsive customer support and managing enquiries through the national inbox

Qualifications :

What were looking for

• Previous experience in a similar marketing communications or coordination role
• Experience creating EDM communications using platforms such as HubSpot
• Strong Microsoft skills with Adobe experience highly regarded
• A good eye for design and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
• A proactive self-starting approach and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Marketing qualifications and/or knowledge of IME or medico-legal services would be highly regarded
