Are you a skilled project leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for people experiencing homelessness

This newly created maximum-term opportunity to 30 June 2027 will lead the development and delivery of a Case Management Training course designed specifically for the Specialist Homelessness Services sector in the Northern Territory.

Working in partnership with NT Shelter youll bring together sector expertise coordinate key stakeholders and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle including a tender process to select and engage a training provider. Your work will help strengthen workforce capability support best-practice case management and create sustainable training opportunities that continue to benefit the sector beyond the life of the project.

Youll be a great fit if you:

  • have qualifications in project management community services or a related discipline.
  • bring experience in stakeholder engagement project management and developing training resources.
  • understand the community services sector and contemporary case management practice.
  • build strong relationships and influence through trust and collaboration.
  • are an effective communicator who can engage diverse audiences.
  • can lead and support change in a complex environment.
