Reporting to the Head Chef this role will be responsible in supporting the coordination of daily operations of all Café Vita Flores and function include:Assist in food preparation including chopping slicing and organising food is prepared in accordance with the daily a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen kitchen equipment surfaces and utensils as the safe disposal of waste and adherence to waste management food supplies are appropriately labelled stored and used within the correct time the Chefs of any shortages or issues with collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily the team with any additional tasks required during busy with organising and maintaining kitchen storage any faulty or damaged kitchen equipment to the Head Chef or any other duties as required by the Head Chef or kitchen management You:Current qualifications or certifications in Commercial Cookery or during both weekdays and understanding of HACCP and food safety practices and to work successfully and productively within a team environment and communication interpersonal and customer service level of organisational time management and problem solving reliable and willing to take on a variety of tasks as level of presentation and strong work on offerYou can expect a career beyond your expectations with personal and professional rewards.
