Consultant to Co-Design Baptist World Aids Child & Youth Focused Program Model – Remote

Summary:

Baptist World Aid Australia is seeking an experienced consultant (or consultancy team) to lead the co-design of our next Child and Youth Focused Program Model which will guide our child focused international programming over the coming decade.

Drawing on evidence sector best practice partner consultation and lessons from our long-running Children Youth and Communities for Change (CYCC) program this consultancy will develop a practical evidence-informed framework to support transformative outcomes for children young people across multiple countries.

Responsibilities:

• Draw evidence from internal and external stakeholders and key documents to co-design program model alongside key Baptist World Aid Australia staff.
• Develop and document program framework and guiding implementation documents.

This is a remote phased consultancy (October 2026 to May 2027) over approximately 40 working days. We are looking for individuals or teams with demonstrated expertise in child and youth development participatory program design research and evidence synthesis and international development programming.
