Job Summary
Help&I are looking for a passionate and reliable Community/Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team on a casual basis.

Requirements:
- Must be open to accepting 2-hour services.
- Must have experience with Challeging Behavior (history of self-harm).
- FEMALE preferred.
- Service is Sunday 0945-1145.
- Full Australian drivers license and own vehicle.
- Comprehensive car insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain).
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with manual handling/hoist high-care support and challenging behaviours.
- Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
- Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Provide high-quality person-centred support to NDIS clients.
- Assist with daily living personal care domestic tasks transport and community access.
- Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
- Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
- Work across weekdays weekends and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
- Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties.
