Therole: As a Communications Assistant youll help shape and deliver engagingcommunications that connect our organisation with the community. Workingalongside the Senior Communications Advisor and wider Communications teamyoull coordinate content support key communications activities and providevaluable administrative assistance across the organisation including CustomerServices when required. Whats on offer: - A salary range from $1181.30 to $1323.10 per 35 hour week (based on relevant skills and experience) 12% superannuation - Pro-rata Annual Leave entitlements - Generous uniform allowance - Access to Long Service Leave after five years - Training and upskilling opportunities - Salary sacrifice options
What we need from you: - Qualifications or experience in communications marketing graphic design media or a related field with experience in a similar role. - Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities work independently and collaborate effectively in a team. - Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail and experience creating engaging content across print digital and social media platforms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/content creation tools with experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and other creative software highly regarded. - Experience with websites and social media including CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and channels such as Facebook LinkedIn Instagram and X plus a current unrestricted drivers licence.
