Job Summary

Key responsibilities include but arent limited to:

  • Respond to daily enquiries from institutional clients financial advisers and high net worth investors regarding fund performance statements and transactions.
  • Manage new client onboarding including subscription and redemption documentation and AML and KYC requirements.
  • Manage client service inboxes and incoming enquiries ensuring requests are prioritised and responded to within agreed service standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client records in Salesforce including contact and account information.
  • Liaise with internal Operations Compliance and Fund Accounting teams to resolve operational matters including settlement issues and cash reconciliations.
  • Prepare and distribute client reports presentations and marketing materials for investors consultants researchers and platform partners.
  • Assist with product dashboards and reporting for internal committees.
  • Support marketing activities including website updates fund collateral and topic papers.
  • Assist with client meetings events and investor functions as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Distribution Product Operations Compliance and Fund Accounting to deliver a high standard of client service.

Qualifications :

About you

  • You have a degree in economics finance business or similar with 13 years experience in financial services funds management wealth management client service distribution support or a related environment.
  • You enjoy working in a team and sharing information with other team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated energetic and capable of working autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • You have a genuine interest in financial markets and are keen to build your knowledge.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus.
