About the Role

As a Client Services Coordinator youll play an important role in supporting clients families and caregivers to ensure quality care is delivered every day.

In this role you will:

• Provide friendly and responsive support to clients families and caregivers.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services to ensure continuity of care.
• Match clients with the right caregivers and build strong relationships.
• Manage service changes leave requests and roster updates.
• Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.

About You

Youre organised solutions-focused and passionate about delivering excellent service. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage competing priorities while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Youll bring:

• Experience in rostering scheduling service coordination or customer service.
• Aged care experience or knowledge of the SCHADS award (Desirable).
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems including rostering database and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication problem-solving time management and conflict-resolution skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
• A flexible and proactive approach with the confidence to think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
