Our Client Services team sits at the heart of the employee and client experience delivering exceptional hospitality front-of-house and client service across the Canberra office.
We are responsible for hospitality services client events reception switchboard operations and meeting support. We take pride in delivering high-quality service and creating positive experiences for clients visitors and employees.

Your Role
As a Client Services Assistant you will provide professional hospitality and client service support across a range of front-of-house and operational activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a hospitality background who enjoys working with people takes pride in delivering outstanding service and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You will play an important role in supporting client meetings and events providing reception and switchboard coverage preparing refreshments and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Canberra office.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional hospitality services for client meetings events and functions including occasional after-hours support.
- Preparing and serving refreshments including barista coffee and basic food items.
- Providing reception and switchboard coverage when required.
- Maintaining client-facing areas to a high standard and supporting the day-to-day operation of the office.
- Processing administrative tasks including stock management and invoice processing.
- Setting up meeting rooms event spaces and helping with audiovisual equipment.
More About You
We are looking for a service-focused professional who brings:
- Experience in hospitality corporate hospitality customer service or a similar client-facing environment.
- Barista skills and coffee knowledge (desirable).
- Some experience with software/technology ie: Microsoft products/AV Systems/POS Systems
- A proactive professional approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the broader team.
- The ability to obtain RSA and Food Safety certification.
