What Youll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury Commercial Claims ensuring workers receive the right care support and entitlements
• Review medical rehabilitation and financial reports to make informed decisions
• Apply cost-effective sustainable strategies while keeping wellbeing front of mind
• Work collaboratively with internal teams providers and external stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality customer service to injured workers and employers

What Were Looking For

You dont need to tick every box what matters most is your ability to learn adapt and genuinely care.

• Experience in Workers Compensation claims management portfolio coordination or a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive conversations
• A collaborative team mindset
• Resilience and problem-solving capability
• Backgrounds in psychology or allied health (desirable)
