Responsibilities may include: 

• Delivering exceptional à la carte and banquet event menus

• Maintain high culinary standards

• Managing prep ordering and stock control

• Upholding hygiene food safety and equipment maintenance

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Holding a qualification in commercial cookery or working towards one

• Demonstrated experience in restaurants events or hotels

• Creativity consistency and attention to detail in food presentation

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Understanding of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards

• A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
