Chef de Partie | Delta Rue

Were looking for a Chef de Partie to join the Delta Rue kitchen running a section across grill wok and larder. Youll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef cook with seasonal produce and build a broader skill set across sections as part of a supportive professional team.

What Youll Be Doing

• Running and maintaining a section of the kitchen (grill wok or larder) to Delta Rues standards during service
• Preparing mise en place ahead of service and ensuring consistency quality and presentation across every dish
• Supporting cross-training across sections (grill wok and larder) to build a well-rounded flexible kitchen team
• Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development specials and seasonal produce
• Maintaining strict food safety hygiene and HACCP standards at all times
• Managing stock rotation ordering support and minimising waste on your section
• Mentoring and supporting junior chefs and kitchen hands on shift
• Contributing to a positive professional and safety-first kitchen culture

Qualifications :

About You

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up ideally in a hotel luxury or high-volume environment
• Strong food safety and HACCP knowledge
• Early morning availability including weekends and public holidays
• A team player with a positive proactive attitude and pride in consistency
• Previous experience in a 45 star hotel or high-end restaurant environment highly regarded
