Job Summary

Were looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a major HR Transformation Program supporting a significant technology and payroll transformation across the organisation.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a complex transformation that will modernise the employee experience HR processes and supporting technology including the transition from SAP SuccessFactors to Oracle HCM and SAP Payroll to ADP Payroll.

What youll be doing

As Change Manager youll take ownership of the people side of transformation ensuring employees leaders and key stakeholders are engaged prepared and supported throughout the change.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering the change management strategy and roadmap across the HR transformation program
  • Leading change activities across the transition to Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll
  • Conducting stakeholder impact assessments and identifying change impacts across business functions
  • Developing communications engagement and change readiness plans
  • Working closely with HR Payroll Technology and business stakeholders to build alignment and adoption
  • Supporting training learning and capability uplift activities
  • Identifying and managing resistance risks and change-related issues
  • Partnering with project and program leaders to ensure change is embedded effectively
  • Measuring change readiness adoption and business outcomes

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale HR transformation or technology-enabled change programs
  • Strong experience across HRIS HCM payroll or enterprise technology transformations
  • Experience managing change across multiple stakeholder groups and business functions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement communication and influencing skills
  • Experience developing change strategies impact assessments communications and readiness plans
  • The ability to work comfortably across both strategic planning and hands-on delivery
  • Experience working within complex multi-stream transformation programs

Experience with Oracle HCM SAP SuccessFactors ADP Payroll or similar HR technology platforms will be highly regarded.
