About the roleWe are looking for a Change & Engagement Partner to help ensure organisational change is not only delivered but understood adopted and sustained. Working across enterprise projects and strategic initiatives you will lead change management activities that help our people transition to new ways of working. You will work closely with leaders project teams and key stakeholders to build readiness support adoption and identify and manage the people impacts of responsibilities include:Lead change management strategies for enterprise projects and strategic change impact and readiness assessments to understand how change will affect our people processes and stakeholder engagement communication and training plans to support practical change advice and coaching to executives sponsors and project and respond to resistance to change through proactive engagement and targeted change management practices into project and program change impacts risks readiness and adoption and provide insights on progress and benefits closely with People & Culture and Marketing & Communications to align workforce and engagement role is Full Time on a 2-year maximum-term Position DescriptionAbout the teamYou will join the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) a newly established team responsible for overseeing and supporting RACS portfolio of projects and strategic initiatives. The EPMO provides governance reporting project standards and delivery support helping ensure projects are aligned with organisational priorities and deliver the intended outcomes. This is a great opportunity to help shape how change management is approached across RACS and to work across a range of strategic programs that are helping shape our future. You will report to the EPMO Lead and work closely with the EPMO team Executive Sponsors and Steering Committees People & Culture RACS managers and staff and external youYou will bring a practical and collaborative approach to organisational change with the ability to work confidently with people at all are looking for someone with:Experience leading organisational change across complex projects programs or large-scale transformation knowledge of change management approaches and experience applying them in practice such as Prosci ADKAR or stakeholder engagement and influencing skills including the ability to advise and coach executives sponsors and project communication and facilitation skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences and build commitment to integrating change management into project and program delivery together with a collaborative and empathetic approach.A relevant tertiary qualification and/or change management certification would be well regarded.
