Working on a rotating roster - including early starts late finishes and overnight shifts - youll provide firstline technical support to teams across the country troubleshooting issues monitoring systems and keeping our studios and business systems performing at their responding to incidents and escalating issues where needed to assisting with upgrades documentation and projects youll be handson detailfocused and calm under pressure.
