Call Out For Chefs

Were looking for passionate Chefs to join our culinary team across casual part-time and full-time opportunities.

Youll work alongside an experienced culinary team across our main kitchen Sola Restaurant & Bar and our busy banqueting and events operation. With everything from à la carte dining to large-scale conferences weddings and functions youll gain valuable experience across a diverse resort environment.

What youll be doing:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality food across restaurant banqueting and event services
• Work across a variety of menus and styles of service
• Support the delivery of conferences weddings and large-scale events
• Maintain high standards of food quality presentation and consistency
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and Food & Beverage teams
• Follow food safety HACCP and WHS standards
• Assist with preparation stock rotation and maintaining an organised kitchen
• Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who brings:

• Relevant culinary qualifications or previous commercial kitchen experience
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts including weekends and public holidays
