Cibaria Manly is looking for a passionate and reliable Casual Café Chef to join our growing team.

Located within the vibrant Manly Pacific precinct Cibaria is an Italian-inspired all-day dining destination offering breakfast lunch pastries coffee gelato and takeaway in a fast-paced coastal environment.

About the Role

Working across our café and casual dining operations you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food with consistency efficiency and attention to detail.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys busy daytime services thrives in a team environment and is looking for a role with work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast lunch and café menu items to a high standard
• Maintain food quality presentation and portion control
• Support smooth service during peak trading periods
• Follow food safety hygiene and WHS procedures
• Assist with stock rotation prep and kitchen organisation
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a café brunch or fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Passion for fresh food and quality presentation
• Availability to work weekdays weekends and public holidays as required
• Full Australian working rights
