Whats the role

Want to combine your passion for home lending with the strength of Westpacs Business Banking network As a Business Home Lending Manager youll work alongside Relationship Managers to help business customers access tailored home loan solutions that support their personal and financial goals.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Sydney CBD / Warrane Gadigal Country or Parramatta with hybrid working arrangements available. Youll be a trusted lending expert working directly with customers bankers brokers and key stakeholders to deliver a simple and seamless experience. With a steady flow of referrals from Relationship Managers youll be empowered to focus on building strong relationships identifying customer needs and helping customers achieve their property ambitions.

What do I need

• Experience in a customer facing home lending role
• A passion for building relationships and creating positive customer experiences
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence navigating lending conversations with business customers
• The ability to manage detail prioritise effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment
