What Youll Be Doing

As our Business Analytics & Performance Partner youll work closely with the General Manager NSW and broader teams to provide meaningful business insights that drive operational excellence across the NSW network.

• Analyse business performance and identify trends risks and opportunities
• Develop reports and dashboards that support strategic decision making
• Track network performance across operations sales safety productivity and financial metrics
• Support business modelling CAPEX analysis and investment decisions
• Manage and report on key business initiatives and improvement projects
• Facilitate workshops and document outcomes and actions
• Partner with leaders to improve visibility accountability and performance
• Support safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help drive smarter ways of working across the NSW business.

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who is naturally curious commercially minded and passionate about turning numbers into meaningful business outcomes.

Ideally youll also have:

• 3 years experience in business analysis operations reporting commercial analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with business reporting and performance data
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confidence presenting insights to leaders and supporting decision making
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience working across multiple systems and data sources.
