Salary: Up to $80000 Super

Job Brief

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Bubble Wrap Machine Operator & Dispatch to join our team.

In this role you will operate the bubble wrap machine check product quality prepare orders and support the dispatch process. You will play an important part in making sure products are made safely packed well and sent out on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work takes pride in doing things well and wants a stable full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the bubble wrap machine safely.
• Set up the machine and check that it runs smoothly.
• Check bubble wrap for quality and correct size.
• Follow safety and work instructions at all times.
• Pack finished products ready for delivery.
• Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload goods safely when required.
• Keep the work area clean and organised.
• Check stock levels and report any issues.
• Work with the team to meet daily production and dispatch needs.
• Complete basic production and dispatch records.
• Report machine or product issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating production or packaging machines is preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse manufacturing packing or dispatch role is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and safety rules.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Reliable punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• A forklift licence or warehouse experience would be an advantage.
