In the role of Branch Manager you will join our retail teamcontributingto keybusiness priorities andcontinuously improvinghow we serve our customers.

Work quickly and with purpose for our customers putting them at the centre of everything you do
Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching mentoring leadership and direction
Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
Deliver a brilliant consistent and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time
Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division
Youll bring to this role:
Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential
Customer-centric thinking
Ability to Influence coach and work collaboratively your team
A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality with the will to go the extra mile
A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
