CrewSELECT is currently seeking Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitters or Boilermakers for an immediate start on a project based at the Visy Glass Recycling Plant in Yatala.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced project team working on the assembly and installation of noise enclosures within an industrial plant environment.

About the Role

Working within the Visy Glass Recycling Plant you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of noise enclosures including cutting and fitting a variety of materials such as sheet metal fibreglass and steel.

This role will suit candidates who can work efficiently within a team environment and assist in meeting tight project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly and installation of noise enclosures
• Cutting and fitting sheet metal fibreglass and steel materials
• Use of hand and power tools
• Reading and interpreting drawings where required
• Working safely within an industrial plant environment
• Assisting the team to meet project deadlines and completion targets

Skills & Experience

• Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker
• Experience with assembly and installation works
• Experience cutting and working with sheet metal fibreglass and steel
• Strong hand and power tool experience
• Ability to work within a fast-paced project environment
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
