As an Automation Operator based at our state-of-the-art automated distribution centre in Moorebank Sydney you will play a key role in supporting the successful operation of advanced warehouse automation systems. Working within a newly established team you will help ensure our cutting-edge technology including robotics ASRS systems and conveyor networks operates safely efficiently and reliably in a 24/7 environment.

Your Impact:

• Monitor and support the performance of automated warehouse systems to maximise operational efficiency.

• Respond to system blockages and disruptions quickly to minimise downtime and maintain throughput.

• Record and report root causes of operational issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Use live dashboards and system tools to identify and address potential performance concerns proactively.

• Maintain a clean organised and safe work environment through a clean as you go approach.

• Support testing commissioning and operational readiness activities for new automation equipment.

• Collaborate with Operations Service and Project teams to ensure seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.
