As the Assistant Restaurant Manager youll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods crew training proactively improving guest experience and supporting inventory and financial management as required.

• Experience leading a team within a busy high volume hospitality or retail environment - think supermarkets fast-food pubs/clubs restaurants or similar
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Exceptional communication skills
• Passion for inspiring leading and developing your team
