About the opportunity
Are you passionate about using data insights and technology to shape better community outcomes As our Asset Management Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting strategic asset planning lifecycle forecasting valuation activities and asset data governance across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence long-term infrastructure and service outcomes through expert analysis innovative thinking and continuous improvement while working with modern asset management GIS and business intelligence systems.
You will make an impact by
- Providing specialist asset management analysis to support asset planning valuation renewal forecasting and lifecycle decision-making.
- Maintaining and improving asset registers datastructures and asset information systems to ensure high-quality reliable data.
- Analysing and reporting on asset spatial and financial data to inform evidence-based business decisions.
- Supporting condition assessment programs assetvaluations and long-term asset management planning activities.
- Developing meaningful reports dashboards and insights that improve asset performancegovernance and organisational outcomes.
What you will bring
- Experience managing asset data across ERP asset management and GIS platforms with a strong understanding of data governance principles and asset data standards.
- Knowledge of asset valuation condition assessment lifecycle management renewalforecasting and long-term asset planning practices.
- Advanced skills in Excel businessintelligence and data visualisation tools to analyse complex datasets and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability toidentify data quality issues and implement practical solutions.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities meetdeadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience using asset managementmodelling and decision-support systems with a willingness to leverage emerging technologies including AI tools to drive continuous improvement.
