Are you a foodservice sales professional ready for your next career challenge

Were looking for an energetic and commercially driven Area Sales Representative VIC & TAS to grow our foodservice presence and get more Hakka products into kitchens menus and onto plates.

Reporting to the Foodservice Sales Manager youll take ownership of your territory developing strong relationships with end users opening new accounts and building your exposure to distributor and broader account management.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid end-user sales experience who is ready to step up broaden their network and progress toward key account and distributor management.

Youll be responsible for growing sales and building the Hakka presence across your territory including:

• Build and strengthen relationships with foodservice end users across HORECA pubs clubs caterers universities hospitals and other commercial channels
• Develop productive relationships with foodservice distributors and their sales teams
• Identify prospect and win new business while growing existing customer accounts
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across your territory
• Conduct product tastings demonstrations trade shows and menu presentations
• Educate customers on product preparation applications and key selling points
• Identify menu opportunities and demonstrate how Hakka products can add value to customers businesses
• Work collaboratively with the broader sales team to deliver territory and business growth targets

Youre a self-driven sales professional who enjoys being in front of customers understands foodservice and knows how to turn opportunities into sales.

Ideally youll bring:

• 2 years experience in foodservice sales
• Experience working directly with foodservice end users
• A strong desire to progress into broader account distributor and key account management
• Confidence prospecting negotiating and closing new business
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A highly organised disciplined and proactive approach to territory management
• Confidence presenting preparing and cooking products for customers
• Comfort handling preparing and presenting pork and beef products
• A valid VIC drivers licence and willingness to travel throughout your territory
