Clerk Grade:7/8; $116981 - $129492 plus super
Employment Type: Ongoing Fulltime
Location: Parramatta Sydney - -office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum which could besubject to change based on applicable DCS workplace policies.

About the team

GovernmentShared Services (GSS) is a new division in DCS that is leading the way instreamlining processes and transactional shared services to allow our people tobetter focus on their customers and delivering their services.
Weare developing and delivering a roadmap to leverage technology streamlineprocesses replace legacy systems and deliver a consistent experience to morethan 100 agencies across 8 NSW Government Departments.

What you will do

The Architecture & Strategy Analyst Supports the ICT EnterpriseArchitecture and Strategy team by reviewing analysing and maintainingenterprise strategies architecture repositories and supporting functions toenable strategic direction activity prioritisation and performanceachievement.

Key responsibilities

Support the strategy development process through comprehensive research andanalysis ensuring well-articulated strategy messages for both internal andexternal stakeholders.
Enhance technology investment alignment by analysing planned investments andstrategic roadmaps verifying consistency with Enterprise Architecture modelsand ensuring accurate linkage with the Technical Debt Register.
Strengthen architectural coherence by reviewing Client Agency technology plansand submissions for adherence to Enterprise Architecture principles andstandards maintaining up-to-date architecture repositories that reflectstrategic alignment.
Ensure governance integrity by administeringand supporting Enterprise Architecture Governance processes enforcingcompliance with established standards and thoroughly reviewing submissions forcompleteness and stakeholder engagement.
Optimise architecture accessibility by contributing to the development andmaintenance of architecture models ensuring centralised storage and seamlessaccess for relevant stakeholders.
Maintain operational efficiency through proactive work task reviewsallocation monitoring reporting and escalation mitigating risks to servicelevels and driving continuous improvement.
Foster collaborative partnerships by supporting Client Agency relationships andnetworks with effective communication negotiation and issue resolutionfacilitating optimal service delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Navigating complexity of multiple stakeholders legacy systems and siloeddepartments.
Balancing current and new architectures and resources in the context ofcompeting business demands
Developing maintaining and managing relationships and communications with awide range of key stakeholders while driving a client service environment toensure best possible architectural outcomes.
