APS4 Adviser, Regulatory Governance and Compliance (EOI)

About the Position

The AssistantAdvisor works with other team members to provide support andassistance to registered organisations and other stakeholders onmatters relating to the Fair Work (Registered Organisations)Act 2009 and right of entry provisions of the Fair WorkAct 2009.

Duties

• Provide advice support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders and clients in relation to registered organisation matters including the Branchs Executive Director Commission Members the General Manager registered organisations and practitioners.
• Assist the Director Regulatory Governance and Compliance the Entry Permits Team Leader and other team members in assessing entry permit applications undertaking research preparing necessary documents regarding legislative obligations for right of entry permits and work health and safety entry permits.
• Use the Commissions record management systems filing and reporting systems to maintain accurate and up to date records manage documentation manage workflows and collate reports.
• Other duties as directed by the Director and/or Assistant Director and the Entry Permits Team Leader in the Regulatory Governance and Compliance Team.
