Ulti-Mech Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in South Hedland.

Ulti-Mech provides automotive servicing repairs inspections field service and breakdown support across the Pilbara. Our Port Hedland operation supports local motorists fleet operators and industry customers while offering genuine long-term training and development opportunities for apprentices.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification and working alongside experienced automotive technicians.

As an Apprentice Light Vehicle Mechanic you will assist qualified technicians with:

• Vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
• Mechanical repairs and component replacement
• Vehicle inspections and fault diagnosis
• Using workshop tools and diagnostic equipment
• Maintaining workshop cleanliness and safety standards
• Completing apprenticeship training and workplace evidence requirements
• Supporting day-to-day workshop operations

• Follow instructions and workplace safety procedures

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic

School leavers mature-age applicants and career changers are encouraged to apply.

• Current drivers licence preferred
• Pre-apprenticeship qualification advantageous but not essential
• Previous workshop or mechanical experience advantageous but not essential
