Marriott International is seeking aspiring chefs to join our Culinary Academy Apprenticeship Program. This unique opportunity combines formal education with hands-on training in Marriott hotels across Australia providing you with the skills experience and support needed to become a qualified chef.
As a Culinary Apprentice you will:
- Study towards a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery over a 2-year program.
- Complete a structured apprenticeship within Marriott hotels.
- Learn from experienced senior chefs through professional mentorship.
- Gain practical experience in a dynamic hospitality environment while earning competitive pay.
