About the Role
As an Apprentice Carpenter you will work under the guidance of qualified carpenters and supervisors to support the construction and assembly of modular homes while completing your Certificate III in Carpentry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the assembly and installation of timber framing wall panels floors and roof structures
Support internal carpentry tasks including installing doors windows skirting boards architraves and finishing components
Measure cut and prepare timber and building materials
Use hand tools and power tools safely under supervision
Assist in general workshop and site preparation including materials handling
Maintain cleanliness and follow all workplace health & safety requirements
Work collaboratively with the carpentry and production teams
Complete all apprenticeship training requirements and progress through designated coursework
Develop strong trade skills through hands on practical learning

Has a genuine interest in carpentry and residential construction
Is eager to learn and develop practical trade skills
Demonstrates reliability strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Can follow instructions and take feedback constructively
Has good communication skills and attention to detail
Is punctual dependable and committed to producing quality workmanship
Essential Requirements
Current Construction Induction White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
Valid Drivers Licence or reliable transport
Eligibility to enrol in a Certificate III in Carpentry
