Our Content Experience and Marketing Transformation teams work with leading brands to modernise the way content is planned created managed and activated. We sit at the intersection of creative operations marketing technology customer experience and emerging AI capabilities.

As AI continues to reshape content production and marketing operations we help clients design and implement scalable operating models that combine human creativity with automation enabling more personalised experiences faster speed to market and improved business outcomes.

About the role:

  • Design and optimise enterprise content supply chains across planning creation production approval and activation workflows.

  • Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and automation to improve content operations and marketing effectiveness.

  • Develop AI-assisted and human-in-the-loop workflows that balance efficiency quality and governance.

  • Support the implementation of AI-enabled content production processes across marketing and creative teams.

  • Partner with strategists designers MarTech specialists and engineers to deliver integrated content and experience solutions.

  • Analyse existing content operations and recommend improvements to processes technology and governance models.

  • Contribute to content architecture taxonomy metadata and content governance frameworks.

  • Assist clients in adopting new tools workflows and AI capabilities through training and enablement programs.

  • Support workshops stakeholder engagements and discovery activities focused on content transformation and AI adoption.

  • Work with content marketing and experience teams to improve scalability consistency and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in content operations content strategy marketing operations digital experience or related consulting environments.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise content production workflows and content supply chains.

  • Experience working with generative AI tools and their application within content creation and marketing operations.

  • Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems including CMS DAM CDP marketing automation and personalisation platforms.

  • Understanding of content governance taxonomy metadata and content lifecycle management.

  • Experience improving operational processes through automation and workflow optimisation.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work across business marketing creative and technology teams.

  • Familiarity with AI governance quality assurance and responsible AI practices.

  • Experience with content design information architecture or customer experience principles is highly regarded.

  • Degree qualification in Marketing Communications Design Digital Technology or a related discipline.
